So here it is, April 15, 2012 and we are happy to say we finally made it into the 21st Century!  Finally.... we have our facebook page going, along with twitter and pinterest.

Have you ever received an act of kindness from someone? It could have been from a family member or friend or perhaps someone who was a complete stranger.  Did it make you feel good?  I think small random acts of kindness can go a long way.  It makes you feel good, it makes the other person feel good plus it's free, fun, and that act of kindness stays in your heart and memory. The other day I gave a friend (who also happens to be my mail lady at my shop) two Valentine Balloons with candy for her to give to her grandchildren.  She came in today and told me she gave those balloons and candy to a lady on her mail route who has had a rough time of it. Her husband just became very ill, she's raising small children, etc. This lady was sooo grateful. In return I was sooo grateful that a small random act of kindness could be passed along to someone...who wasn't expecting anything...and who needed that kindness.  Random acts of kindness.....gotta luv 'em!

It seems like we were just celebrating the holidays a few minutes ago, and then, here we are....almost at the end of January 2012!

In our "flower world" one of our busiest holidays is quickly approaching.....VALENTINE'S DAY!  Whether you want to show your love to your husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, teacher, co-worker, whoever, there is a way to express your feelings through flowers.  Have you ever known anyone who has received flowers that hasn't smiled??? I know I haven't.  They bring happiness & an inner joy to all that receive them.  They are nature's "magic." This year VALENTINE'S DAY is Tuesday, February 14th.We hope this VALENTINE'S DAY you share & experience the "magic" of sending smiles!
